I am a registered member of the Ghana Psychological Association (GPA), licensed to practice by the Ghana Psychology Council (GPC), and I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have been practicing privately for over a decade and have gained considerable clinical, organizational, teaching, and consulting experience. I am the Founder and CEO of EQUILINKS Counselling and Psychological Services. I also serve as a Board member of the Review Tribunal of the Ghana Mental Health Authority (MHA) and hold the position of the Greater Accra regional representative of the Ghana Psychological Association (GPA).

I am also an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider with over a decade of experience delivering EAP services across corporate, banking, academic, and institutional sectors since 2011. My work focuses on supporting employee wellbeing and organizational effectiveness through counselling, psychometric assessment, and workplace interventions. I partner with organizations to address stress, performance challenges, and mental health concerns, providing both on-site and clinic-based services tailored to the needs of diverse teams.
